Latest headlines: Tim Albright on AI in digital signage at KFC, plus news from MSolutions, Sony, PPDS and more

December 19, 2025 | Volume: 11 | Issue: 24

As we close out the year, it’s hard not to reflect on just how much changed in the AV and IT landscape over the past twelve months. From evolving collaboration expectations to new display formats and smarter infrastructure decisions, 2025 kept all of us thinking, adapting, and planning ahead. I’m also grateful for the partnership AVNation has forged with AV Buyers Club. It’s stretched us and allowed us to grow and evolve. Thank you for the time you’ve spent reading, listening, and engaging with all of us this year. In this final newsletter of the year, we’re digging into a conversation on the culture of collaboration, taking a closer look at PPDS’s latest ultra-wide display, and starting to turn our attention toward what 2026 may bring. Thanks for being part of the community. Let’s take one more look before the year wraps up.
