A-V Services Inc. announced it has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. Awarded by Quay Audit UK Limited on March 16, the certificate is recognized as the gold standard for Information Security Management Systems.
The certificate validates the company’s operational framework, spanning Technology Integration, Staffing, Design Engineering, Technical Support Delivery, and Software Development and Deployment, meets the world’s most rigorous requirements for protecting client data and managing information security risk.
The certificate covers activities under NACE codes 6201 and 6202 and remains valid until March 16, 2029.

Whether it be AV system integration or custom software development, any customer engagement by A-V Services is now governed by a formally audited ISMS that enforces controls around data confidentiality, system availability, and access integrity.
The company said the certification should hopefully provide customers with reassurance amidst growing cyber threats and demanding compliance requirements.
A-V Services had achieved this certification under the 2022 iteration of the standard. Still, they said that updating to the current version reflects its commitment to continuous improvement rather than compliance for its own sake.
