To support the expanded judging process and ensure every submission receives the attention it deserves, the program introduces a paid entry model.
Submission Requirements
To ensure a fair and thorough evaluation process, all entries must include the following materials and responses:
Product Overview & Innovation
- Description of your product’s design and/or technological innovation (maximum 1,100 characters)
- What was the purpose behind your product’s design or innovation? (maximum 550 characters)
- What pain point does this solve for integrators or end users? (maximum 550 characters)
Promotional Summary
- Promotional description (maximum 275 characters)

Eligibility & Rules
Product Eligibility Window
The submitted product must have shipped within the following timeframe:
- No earlier than June 17, 2025 (12 months prior), and
- No later than December 17, 2026 (6 months after).
Exhibitor / Presence Requirement
The submitting company must either:
- Be an official exhibitor at ISE 2027, or
- Have a verifiable presence at the show (e.g., partner booth, meeting space, or active participation).
Winner Participation Requirement
If selected as a winner, the company must:
- Make the product available for a video feature opportunity, or
- Provide a company representative onsite to speak about the product.
Submission Accuracy
All information provided must be accurate and represent the product as it will be presented at ISE 2027. The awards team reserves the right to review and disqualify submissions that are incomplete, misleading or do not meet eligibility criteria.
