easescreen and uink, a specialist in ePaper display technology, announced that the companies have entered into a strategic partnership to integrate ePaper into professional digital signage environments.
Through the integration of uink’s technology into the easescreen platform, organizations can manage traditional digital displays and ePaper devices within one infrastructure — including content distribution, device management, monitoring and device status.
The company said that the ePaper aims to complement traditional digital signage in places where information needs to be continuously visible. The solution is applicable to room and door signage, corporate environments, retail, education, public information and logistics.

The integration aims to create new opportunities to add ePaper endpoints to new and existing digital signage projects without introducing a separate management environment. easescreen said that the partnership reinforces its strategy of building an open and flexible technology ecosystem where different display technologies can be combined and centrally managed.
