HP Unveils New Desk Phone Portfolio
HP announced its new HP Poly Edge Series Open SIP desk phones designed for secure communication from hospitality, to healthcare, government or professional environments.
The product includes NoiseBlockAI technology, allowing clear communication even in loud office environments. It also includes a Trusted Security Module, helping IT teams protect data and device integrity throughout the phone lifecycle.
The desk phone includes a feature allowing for a programmable one-touch alert that can silently place a call to a pre-set number. HP said this adds a layer of confidence for offices, healthcare and education systems where discreet calls can be critical and time sensitive.
Select models include integrated Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, assisting installation in locations where headset or mobile pairing is required. All models include at least one USB-C port for PC or headset connectivity, and power options include PoE and USB-C configurations.
For IT teams, scalable deployment is assisted by Poly Lens, provisioning servers and Zero-Touch Provisioning options, which are designed for service providers.
The HP Poly Edge V Series Desk Phone portfolio includes the following models: Edge V200, V250, V250 Plus, V400, V450, V650, V800 and V850.
The products are expected to be available in September 2026.
