MA Lighting has announced the release of two new USB-based lighting control solutions: the grandMA3 onPC DMX-key and the grandMA3 onPC DMX-key starter.
The grandMA3 onPC DMX-key unlocks 4,096 parameters in the free grandMA3 onPC software via a USB-C connection. Designed as a compact and portable solution, the device provides access to the grandMA3 platform without the need for a dedicated console or complex network infrastructure.
According to MA Lighting, the DMX-key operates as a plug-and-play system that requires no additional configuration or networking setup. Users can connect the device directly to a PC running grandMA3 onPC software and begin programming. The company positions the solution for small venues, clubs, theaters, houses of worship and television studios where space and budget constraints are factors.
In addition to live production environments, the grandMA3 onPC DMX-key is designed for permanent installations. Anti-slip strips and integrated guide rails with a matching screw set support mounting in racks or cases. With full access to grandMA3 onPC software functionality, the system is intended to provide long-term flexibility, scalability and compatibility with professional lighting workflows in environments such as museums, theme parks, stadiums and architectural projects.
MA Lighting is also releasing the grandMA3 onPC DMX-key starter, which unlocks 1,024 parameters through two DMX outputs. The starter version is designed as an entry-level option for users beginning with the grandMA3 ecosystem while maintaining access to the same software features.
Both products are available through MA Lighting International’s official distributors worldwide. In North America, MA Lighting is distributed exclusively by ACT Entertainment.
