Marshall Ships Three New PTZ Cameras and Seamless Switcher
Marshall Electronics has announced that its CV612, CV620, and CV630 PTZ cameras, along with the VMV-402-3GSH switcher, are now shipping.
The Marshall CV612 features AI-driven facial tracking, allowing it to automatically follow and frame presenters with accurate, smooth self-adjusting movements. Its advanced AI tracking ensures the camera remains locked on the primary subject, even when other people or objects enter the frame.
The CV620 offers 3G-SDI, HDMI, USB 3.0, and IP outputs, along with a 20x zoom capability. Designed for mid-sized rooms, the camera is ideal for corporate communications, teleconferencing, and traditional broadcast applications. It features a 57-degree field of view and supports resolutions up to 1080p/60.
The Marshall CV630 is equipped with a 25x UHD (HEVC) IP capability, making it suitable for live broadcasts, news productions, reality TV, concerts, corporate events, government applications, courtrooms, houses of worship, and education. It features an 8-megapixel 1/2.5″ sensor that captures video at resolutions up to Ultra-HD 3840x2160p, with support for HD 1920x1080p, 1280x720p, and 1920x1080i.
Also now shipping, the VMV-402-3GSH Switcher is a four-input, auto-scaling, seamless switch designed for remote news vehicles, edit rooms, AV boardrooms, lecture halls, and production setups. It can also function as an input expander for existing production switchers. The switcher integrates easily with Crestron and other control surfaces via Ethernet or RS232, providing a simple command structure for automation systems.
