Nureva Will Debut Newest Audio Product for Education at EDUCAUSE 2022

Nureva will use the EDUCAUSE show, Oct. 25-28, to debut its newest audio product for education. Visitors to booth 1600 will learn how Nureva’s new audio conferencing systems make it easy and affordable to get consistent, full-room audio coverage in mid-size and large hybrid learning spaces. Powered by patented Microphone Mist technology, Nureva systems are “the only audio conferencing products that fill a space with thousands of virtual microphones to provide full-room pickup.” Nureva says this allows students to be heard throughout the room regardless of their location, the direction they face or the presence of unwanted sounds such as HVAC or projector fans. Also unique to Nureva audio systems is Voice Amplification Mode, which simultaneously provides both voice amplification (so those in the room can hear) and full-room microphone pickup (so remote participants can hear).

The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference is the premier higher education IT event, and this year’s conference will explore the latest trends from higher education experts and community peers. Nureva is fully back on the trade show circuit, having already participated in multiple in-person events, including InfoComm in June. At EDUCAUSE, in addition to launching a new classroom product, Nureva will showcase Nureva XT, a fully integrated audio and video solution for higher education and K-12 classrooms. The company will also demonstrate the latest features and updates in Nureva Console, a cloud-based platform for managing and monitoring Nureva audio systems and monitoring third-party cameras from anywhere. Additionally, visitors to Nureva’s booth can learn about Nureva’s growing library of APIs and integrations that make it easy for IT managers to incorporate Nureva systems into their existing workflows. This includes a recently announced sound location device API that supports camera tracking with third-party cameras.

“We are delighted to be back at the EDUCAUSE conference with our newest solutions for hybrid classrooms,” said Nancy Knowlton, Nureva’s CEO. “The shift to hybrid and HyFlex models in higher education is unstoppable, and visitors to our booth will see how Nureva can deliver much-needed full-room audio coverage to their classrooms at a fraction of the cost and complexity of traditional solutions.”
