Earlier this week, #AVTweeps descended upon the Peoria Riverfront Museum for the Second Annual Pearl Technology Showcase. Over 150 AV professionals gathered to check out the latest ProAV solutions from companies like AtlasIED, Q-SYS, Absen, Sonance, Top Shelf Digital Media and more.

“This year’s Showcase was a success,” proclaimed Jeremy Caldera, CTS-D, CTS-I, senior vice president, Pearl Technology. “We had an amazing turnout and doubled the number of exhibitors. Our clients were able to discover top-tier ProAV technology first-hand while also attending education sessions on topics like cybersecurity and user experience design.”

In addition to the showcase, attendees and their families were treated to a fun-filled night at the museum where they took in a show in the Dome Planetarium, played with inflatables on the patio, perused the exhibits and screened a movie in the Giant Screen Theater.

“The manufacturers at the event—like Shure, Legrand AV and others—helped spark new ideas with our clients, and we’re excited that we were able to make those connections at the 2022 Pearl Technology Showcase,” concluded Caldera. “We’ll use the next year to build on those connections with our partners, clients and prospects, and we look forward to seeing everyone at the 2023 event!”
