Read This First: How to Get the Most from the rAVe InfoComm 2016 MicroSite

The 2016 version of InfoComm has come to a close, but our coverage here will live forever — on our InfoComm 2016 microsite!

We have so much coverage — and there’s so much information on this InfoComm microsite that it can be overwhelming. So, please take moment to read this so we can familiarize you with what’s on this site that holds all our coverage:

First off, we have a media sponsor contract with InfoComm that allows us to do this site. So, we’re an official media partner to InfoComm. Our four flagship sponsors and 20 ShowStoppers Sponsors funded this site and all the coverage on it — so visit them and, when you do see them in person, thank them. All four have small banner ads on the right side of this site. We couldn’t do this without Kramer, Almo Pro A/V, Christie, Cisco, EPSON, VISIX and NEC Display.

This site is not intended to be a replacement for attending the show live — you can’t replace an experience like that. However, it’s meant to augment an attendance. In fact, we get much of our site traffic from InfoComm attendees who couldn’t see everything they wanted to see in the  three days of the show in Las Vegas and the rest come from people who wish they could attend and didn’t get to. Either way, you will find this show microsite helpful.

The home page is sort of an aggregate of a little of each of the coverage in one place — sort of a launch page. To the right of the INFOCOMM HOME tab (where everything is aggregated) you will see the NEWS & BLOGS page — where you are actually reading this post. This is where we post all the blogs and news stories that we write — as well as commentary — written by our team of reporters on-site at the show (and when you click on — or hover over with your mouse) the tab header NEWS & BLOGS, you’ll see a section called PRESS RELEASES — that is where you can, literally, see news stories on every single product launched at InfoComm — yes, all of them). The tab next to this one is where we posted all 1,657 VIDEOS we shot at InfoComm. VIDEOS include every video we shot at InfoComm — every single one. We have them broken out by both product category as well as PERSONAL interviews we conducted with an assortment of market leaders.

On the right of that, we launched something TOTALLY-NEW at InfoComm called rAVe [TV]. That’s a new video service we will be bringing to you regularly and at InfoComm, rAVe’s own Joel Rollins conducted over 40 TV interviews LIVE at the show — all of them are here under the rAVe [TV] tab. On the right of that is rAVe RADIO. These are all the PODCASTS we recorded LIVE from the show floor — over 50 of them this year thanks to our RADIO host Johnny Mota and Victoria Barela. Next to that, we have over 3,000 PHOTOS we shot during the InfoComm show – all shot by two professional photographers. They include products, people, technology and booths. They are organized by booth name and it directly links to our Facebook page where we are hosting them all at full-resolution in individual albums. Speaking of Facebook, please go over there and LIKE us as we are now using their LIVE video feature to stream stuff randomly.
