MDI has announced a five-year extension of its supplier agreement with IMAX Corporation.

“Delivering the IMAX Experience requires consistent, high-quality performance. MDI has a strong track record of meeting our technical requirements, and we look forward to continuing our work together,” said Mark Welton, president, IMAX Global Theatres.

MDI said the renewed agreement reflects a longstanding collaboration between the two companies, with alignment on performance standards and technical requirements.

According to MDI, its screen solutions are engineered to meet IMAX’s technical requirements, supporting high-quality image performance across IMAX locations.
