Almo Pro AV Shares Nexora’s Annual Global Financial Results

Almo Pro AV announced that its parent company, Nexora, has released its annual global financial results ahead of InfoComm 2026.
Almo Pro AV said that these results demonstrate growth with total revenue exceeding $3 billion and operating profits surpassing $100 million. Nexora maintained number one positions in key markets and reported market share gains in Pro AV across North America and Europe.
“Nexora is in a position of growth and optimism, which is reflected in our customer satisfaction score (NPS) of +68 compared to an industry average of +16 in terms of the quality of service and support our teams deliver,” said Nexora CO Clive Fitzharris. “Despite a challenging market backdrop, over the last year we continued to perform well across many regions. This progress reflects the strength of our partnerships, the expertise within our businesses and the trust we continue to build together as we expand market share.”
Nexora’s portfolio includes brands such as Almo Corporation and JAM Industries in North America, as well as Comm-Tec across the DACH region, Italy and Iberia, Azenn and Connect in France, Hammer in Europe and Captech in the Nordic region. This year, Almo celebrates 80 years in business, while JAM recently marked its 50th anniversary. Comm-Tec celebrates 40 years, and Hammer observes 35 years of serving customers and partners throughout Europe.
“As we head into InfoComm 2026, we look forward to sharing these strong results,” said Dan Smith, EVP of Almo Pro AV. “InfoComm also gives us the opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the manufacturers and customers who continue to entrust us with a growing share of their business each year. It is through strengthening their market position that we, in turn, earn a more meaningful role alongside their success.”
Fitzharris said that Nexora’s next step is securing the right long-term investment partner to support continued expansion and innovation.
“Our strategy remains focused on continuing to build a global group of specialist businesses that combine deep local expertise with greater scale, collaboration and innovation across the organization. We are actively working to identify the right long-term owner by the end of 2026 who will add to our ambition and capabilities,” he said.
