Amadeus Acoustics will introduce its Immersive Sound Next Generation platform at ISE 2026, expanding its immersive audio portfolio with tools designed for large-scale, multi-zone and architecturally complex venues.

At the center of the launch is ART::IP, a new immersive performance module built to support three-dimensional audio across multiple audience zones. Amadeus said the module was developed in response to growing demand for immersive sound systems that can accommodate varied loudspeaker roles, non-uniform room geometries and real-world acoustic challenges.

According to the company, ART::IP is designed to move immersive audio beyond single-zone layouts by allowing stage-focused and surround-based loudspeaker systems to operate within a unified design. The platform differentiates between performer-focused systems, such as main PA arrays, and spatial loudspeaker systems used for envelopment and motion, even when both functions are handled by the same loudspeaker. System behavior can be adjusted at the source level, allowing operators to switch between stage-anchored sound and spatialized audio as required.

Amadeus said the system is intended for venues with multiple audience areas, hybrid stage and surround configurations and acoustically complex spaces such as under-balcony seating. The platform supports workflows that allow consultants and system engineers to configure immersive systems independently, without requiring manufacturer-led design input.

Venue models created in EASE or other 3D CAD formats can be imported into the system, allowing designers to visualize room geometry, loudspeaker placement and audience zones within a single environment. Loudspeakers and spatial behaviors can be repositioned or reassigned graphically or via coordinate-based controls.

System configuration and operation are handled through the ART::Director software platform, which provides three-dimensional visualization, drag-and-drop source placement and coordinate-based positioning. The software also supports OSC integration, allowing external control systems and tracking solutions to interface with the immersive platform.

Underlying the platform is ART::DSP, Amadeus’ multi-channel signal processing engine. The company said ART::DSP supports up to 512 channels of input and output, along with a fully integrated delay and gain matrix, equalization and dynamics processing. ART::DSP serves as the processing foundation for the company’s immersive, spatial and acoustic modules.

Amadeus said the Immersive Sound Next Generation platform is designed to support the full production lifecycle, including system design, rehearsal, live performance and future system expansion.

The system will be demonstrated at ISE 2026, Feb. 3–6, at booth 7H840.
