AV Pro Global announced Wednesday the appointment of Matt Murray as chief executive officer and Jeff Murray as chairman of the board. Matt Murray previously served as chief technology officer of AVPro Global, and is recognized by the company as a senior leader who contributed to the foundation of AVPro. Jeff Murray transitioned from CEO to his new role as chairman in which he will lead the company in strategy and mentorship.

The company said that this leadership transition was initiated in an effort to honor AVPro’s heritage and expand future opportunities and evolution.

In his new role, Matt Murray will inherit his father’s previous responsibilities of overseeing daily and long-term operations. The company said that Matt Murray’s appointment as the new CEO is a reflection of his long history of commitment to AVPro as well as his work to improve the company’s growth and innovation.

In his previous role as chief technology officer, Matt Murray gained experience with the company’s operational infrastructure and worked to implement a new product development system. Through his work, he accommodated the needs of both residential and commercial partners and customers.

Jeff Murray believes that Matt Murray is well-equipped to inherit the role of CEO at AVPro Global.
