AVer TR615 PTZ Camera Earns Zoom Rooms ProAV Certification

AVer Information Inc. announced that its TR615 AI Auto Tracking PTZ camera has achieved Zoom Rooms ProAV Camera certification, confirming compatibility with Zoom Rooms systems for professional video integration.
Zoom Rooms certification verifies that devices meet performance standards for stable video output, responsive PTZ control and consistent image quality when deployed within Zoom Rooms environments.
“Zoom Rooms certification helps ensure devices meet our standards for performance, reliability and user experience,” said Eric Yu, head of hardware partnership at Zoom Communications Inc. “Our certified ProAV cameras, like AVer’s TR615, provide customers with trusted options for deploying Zoom Rooms across a variety of professional spaces.”
The TR615 is a 4K PTZ camera designed for broadcasting, livestreaming and event production. It features a 1-inch Sony Exmor RS CMOS sensor and supports 4K resolution at 60 frames per second. The camera includes 19X optical zoom and 12X digital zoom to capture detailed images in larger venues.
The system incorporates AI-powered tracking capabilities, including presenter tracking, zone tracking and hybrid tracking modes that automatically frame subjects without manual control. The TR615 also supports NDI|HX3, Free-D and Dante AV-H for integration into IP streaming and virtual production workflows.
Connectivity options include USB, HDMI and dual 12G-SDI outputs, allowing the camera to be used in both conferencing and production applications. With Zoom Rooms certification, the TR615 can be deployed across meeting rooms, classrooms, auditoriums, production suites and multipurpose spaces that require a unified PTZ solution.
“Zoom Rooms certification ensures the TR615 meets platform requirements for reliable video performance in professional environments,” said Katie Sullivan, senior product manager for AVer Information Inc. USA. “The TR615’s certification gives customers confidence that the TR615 can be deployed within Zoom Rooms while maintaining the image quality and automation expected from a production-grade PTZ camera.”
AVer said it continues to pursue platform certifications to support interoperability across collaboration ecosystems, including Zoom, helping organizations streamline integration and maintain consistent performance standards.
