BenQ has announced the launch of the InstaShow VS25, a wireless conferencing system designed to simplify hybrid meetings by eliminating the need for software installations, network logins or cloud connections.
Targeted at corporate meeting rooms and executive spaces, the InstaShow VS25 provides hardware-based wireless conferencing with ultra-low-latency performance. The system supports wireless Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) functionality as well as offline local screen sharing, enabling both in-room and remote participants to collaborate without additional applications.
As hybrid work environments continue to expand, many wireless conferencing solutions rely on downloadable apps layered on top of popular video conferencing platforms. According to BenQ, this approach can create performance bottlenecks, compatibility issues and security concerns.
The InstaShow VS25 is designed to address those challenges through direct video-port capture, removing the need for apps, drivers or additional software. By avoiding CPU-intensive BYOM applications, the system is intended to reduce processing strain on presenters’ devices and enable faster meeting start times.
Key features include Wi-Fi 6 MU-MIMO wireless connectivity with automatic channel selection, which helps minimize latency during live meetings. The system also incorporates a Wireless Media Bridge architecture for room cameras and audio, allowing devices to be positioned anywhere in the room without long USB cable runs or app-based routing.
Security is handled through point-to-point wireless communication that does not record presenters’ screens or require dedicated cloud connections. BenQ said the system includes router-level encryption, HDCP support and hardware-based protections certified to CVSS 4.0 standards.
“Hybrid meetings fail when technology slows people down or asks them to adapt on the fly. The InstaShow VS25 was made to do the opposite by letting meetings start immediately and working the same way for everyone, every time,” said Bob Wudeck, senior director of business development at BenQ. “By eliminating apps, downloads, cloud connections, and network logins, the VS25 delivers a faster, more reliable, and more secure wireless conferencing experience.”
BenQ said the hardware-only, media-bridge design helps avoid performance and privacy risks associated with app-based and cloud-connected receivers, while providing predictable performance for both end users and IT teams.
The InstaShow VS25 is available through BenQ and authorized resellers with a suggested retail price of $1,899.
