Brinoch Adopts Jetbuilt’s Unified Platform for Growth of Operations

Brinoch has adopted Jetbuilt’s cloud-based platform for quoting and unifying operations. Brinoch said that the company was in need of a more structured and reliable quoting and data projection system. Jetbuilt’s core enterprise platform and its opportunity management module, Funnel, support Brinoch’s operations.
“Jetbuilt was actually the first platform we tested,” said Enoch Howell, CTS-D, lead designer and president of Brinoch. “I’d worked at other companies that used different systems, so I already had opinions about what worked and what didn’t. When I discovered Jetbuilt, it felt like the solution I’d been looking for.”
Jetbuilt’s project module aims to allow for integrators to populate, budget, propose and deploy projects in an environment that matches their workflow. Brinoch said that the module allows them to select from millions of prepopulated AV, IT and security items as well as integrate labor and costs for projects.
“We already had all the design work done. We just needed a way to push quotes through the clerical process accurately,” Howell said. “With Jetbuilt, we were able to send out more quotes, improve accuracy, reduce stress and avoid hiring an extra position that would have existed just to manage that chaos.”
Jetbuilt’s Funnel module serves to allow companies such as Brinoch to move prospects through clear stages all the way to contracted work. The “Heat Indicator” ranking feature supports synced email threading for every conversation and automated task reminders. Brinoch said that its partnership with Jetbuilt had consolidated its operations and allowed for greater accuracy, efficient turnaround times and stronger communication.
“Jetbuilt’s role in our business has grown just as our company has,” Howell said. “It started as a tool for quoting, but it’s become the central system that keeps our entire operation connected.”
