Diversified Names Viral Tripathi as Chief Information Officer
Diversified has appointed Viral Tripathi as chief information officer (CIO). The company said Tripathi brings more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise transformation and delivering business outcomes in private equity-backed professional services and global organizations.
Tripathi will lead the company’s enterprise technology strategy, overseeing global IT across applications, cybersecurity, data and analytics, digital innovation, infrastructure and business systems. His role will include strengthening the digital and data foundation needed to support AI enablement, improve operational efficiency and ensure a long-term technological advantage, according to the company.

Prior to joining Diversified, Tripathi served as CIO of C1 where he led enterprise IT transformation, including a cloud ERP program, established data analytics and scaled the company’s global IT capability center. Before that, Tripathi served as CTO and then global CIO at Ascendion.
At Diversified, Tripathi will report to CEO Paul Lidsky and serve on the company’s executive leadership team.
