ENCO to Showcase enTranslate Mobile Translation Technology at ISE 2026

ENCO will present its enTranslate Mobile multilingual captioning and translation technology at ISE 2026, giving international attendees a hands-on look at the system during the global AV trade show. The company said the demonstration marks the product’s international debut.
ISE 2026 runs Feb. 3–6 at Fira de Barcelona in Spain. ENCO will exhibit in booth EA780, where visitors can experience enTranslate Mobile by scanning QR codes posted at the stand.
enTranslate Mobile is designed to provide live captions and translations for presentations, panel discussions and other in-venue content directly on attendees’ personal smartphones and tablets. ENCO said the approach supports bring-your-own-device accessibility and multilingual inclusivity across a range of AV environments, including conferences, corporate events and public venues.
The system delivers translated captions through a mobile-friendly web interface, eliminating the need for users to download or install an app. After scanning a QR code or entering a URL, users select their preferred language and view captions in real time. The interface also allows users to scroll back through previously displayed text.
Because captions appear on individual devices, ENCO said venues can reduce or eliminate the need to display translated text on large screens. The company positioned the solution as a way to simplify multilingual support while reducing the infrastructure typically required for in-room translation.
enTranslate Mobile can be deployed on-premises, in the cloud or in hybrid configurations. According to ENCO, on-prem deployment allows organizations to operate the system without an internet connection, which may be important for corporate facilities, universities, convention centers and other security-sensitive environments.
“In-room captioning is very often a requirement for the live event experience, though the costs and complexity of providing multiple translations have typically limited the scope of what businesses and event organizers can reasonably offer,” said Ken Frommert, president of ENCO. “enTranslate Mobile provides a solution to reduce integration costs for temporary events by offering a technology that is quick to deploy, requires minimal infrastructure, and provides instant access to accurate translations in the languages that each attendee best understands.“
ENCO said the technology is applicable across multiple AV verticals where live spoken content must be accessible to multilingual audiences.
