Here’s Everything LG Will Do at InfoComm 2025

At InfoComm 2025, North America’s largest professional AV trade show, LG Electronics USA is introducing a new approach that combines immersive product demonstrations, partner-led integrations, and consultation-focused meetings.
Centered on its latest commercial display technologies, LG’s booth (#4142) is being positioned as a consultative meeting hub where partners and customers are invited to “Connect, Innovate and Elevate with LG.”
“Our strategy at InfoComm 2025 is to start or strengthen relationships, introduce collaborative ideas, and then follow up with deeper consultations,” said David Bacher, head of B2B marketing at LG Electronics USA. “It’s a more comprehensive and focused approach to developing tailored customer solutions.”
“Over the last two years, LG has opened four Business Innovation Centers across the country that draw thousands of visitors annually,” Bacher added. “These centers serve as demonstration, exhibition and training destinations for customers to learn about the LG solutions available to them.”
According to Bacher, InfoComm 2025 offers an opportunity to begin conversations that can later continue at LG’s Business Innovation Centers. “In a 1:1 setting, we’re able to create customized solutions that meet customers’ specific requirements,” he said.
The customer-focused strategy has shaped a meeting-centric booth experience, complemented by a curated selection of products. Featured technologies include the 75-inch LG CreateBoard, 136-inch LG MAGNIT AM MicroLED, 105-inch 21:9 Ultra Stretch display, 55-inch Transparent OLED, 55-inch UH5N Series with gram notebook, LG Business Cloud solutions, 37-inch Ultra Stretch, and 27-inch kiosk displays.
A highlight of the booth is a 30-inch transparent OLED display with a synthetic human interface, developed in collaboration with Invisible Arts. The AI-focused company creates adaptive synthetic humans and immersive training technologies for use in defense, healthcare and enterprise settings. The transparent OLED functions as a virtual assistant, digital concierge or customer service agent — aiming to help commercial users reduce operational burdens and improve user experiences. The system leverages machine learning, cognitive infrastructure and human-AI interactions to offer more natural communication and support.
LG is also partnering with several companies throughout the show floor, with each partner showcasing LG products and integrated solutions. This network supports LG’s goal of offering not only advanced technology but complete solutions tailored to customer needs.
To encourage attendees to visit partner exhibits, LG is introducing the “Partner Pursuit.” Visitors can scan a QR code at each partner booth — or any product zone in LG’s booth — to earn points. Prizes will be awarded to top scorers at the end of each show day.
“At InfoComm 2025, we’re sharpening our focus on being a trusted resource for our customers,” Bacher said. “Our solutions, paired with channel expertise, help partners pursue their goals. The mix of private meeting rooms, highlighted products, and partner displays supports a show strategy designed to strengthen customer and partner engagement.”
