The Daily Raff: InfoComm 2026 Day 2

Day Two! It’s time to provide you with another wrap-up of my day. Of course, it included more sponsor interviews, chats with attendees, and my favorite part: The Technology in Practice Tour.

First, we attended the AVIXA Women’s Breakfast. This is like the third or fourth year that I’ve attended this and I’m so excited I got to go back. This year’s speaker was Mariana Atencio. You can only imagine how thrilled I was that a journalist was the one who spoke to a bunch of AV people. Her main message? “Trust is the most valuable thing in our world right now.” It can’t be replicated, it can’t be machine automated. It’s innately human. It was a nice reminder.

As mentioned before, for the second year, Tim and I led end-user attendees on a tour of the show, featuring handpicked booths we thought best showcased solutions to end-user problems. We included some of the big brands but also made sure to include a few startups. The verdict? The people REALLY loved the Klvr Pro (among other products).

My favorite part of the tour is always sitting with the attendees afterward and listening to them talk about what they do! I love learning from people in the industry and the tour folks are always the most animated and fun. This was our busiest tour yet so I can’t wait to see what next year’s holds!

My favorite thing I saw today? The .18mm MicroLED prototype at the Daktronics booth. My picture isn’t the best, but trust me. This was killer. I can only imagine the applications!

Sorry for the short story today, but here is our rAVe [TV] episode of the day featuring me and Gary and special guest Daniel Wheeler from LG.

I ended the day at CTI’s Tech on Tap, where I did, in fact, dance to the Van Halen cover band. What can I say? I’m my father’s daughter.

Later!
