InfoComm 2026 to Explore the Future of the Workplace

InfoComm 2026 announced that this year’s event will showcase how the workplace is being redefined in real time. Attendees will experience how technology, design and data are uniting to shape what’s next.

The event will take place June 13-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. InfoComm 2026 will aim to spotlight how AV technology is helping teams to work more effectively across environments.

The Smart Workplace, powered by FORTÉ, will be on display at the event, featuring an immersive environment designed to demonstrate the collaboration of people, spaces and technology to move into the future. The workplace includes social areas, meeting rooms, personal workspaces and a broadcast center for visitors to experience the impact of integrated systems in supporting collaboration and seamless workplace experiences.

InfoComm said that AI will also play a large role in shaping the future workplace, allowing for intelligent meeting workflows and predictive insights. Microsoft and Cisco will present keynotes on how AI is redefining the collaborative workplace experience.

Microsoft will showcase how AI-powered platforms, such as Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Teams Events and Teams Premium are shaping the future of digital and physical workspace communications. Cisco will present its vision of Connected Intelligence and highlight how AV, IT and AI-driven infrastructure can unify workplace environments and provide insights into how teams can collaborate in spaces.

At the Vision Stage, attendees can gain hands-on experience in a dynamic learning environment focused on practical applications and forward-looking insights. InfoComm said that the program includes trend forecasts for AI and digital transformation, product demos and case studies, as well as sessions led by experts on designing immersive, human-centric environments.

Featured sessions at InfoComm 2026 include “Zoom: AI-First, Human-Centered Workspaces” and “Vision Stage Showdown: Powering the Future Workplace”, which aim to explore how organizations are aligning technology, design and strategy for more engaging work environments.

InfoComm said that attendees can also join Future Workplace, a guided tour of the show floor that aims to provide a look at the technologies that are transforming hybrid workplaces today. The tour will highlight real-world solutions on Wednesday and Thursday morning at the event.

“Today’s workplace is no longer defined by a single space or platform – it’s an ecosystem,” said Jenn Heinold, senior vice president, expositions, Americas, AVIXA, producer of InfoComm. “InfoComm 2026 is designed to show how AV, IT, and AI come together in real environments to create workplaces that are more connected, more intelligent, and ultimately more effective for the people who use them.”
