Jetbuilt has completed its Launch List initiative, a three-month campaign that delivered more than 50 user-requested updates across its AV project management platform. The Launch List aimed to bridge user feedback with product development, reinforcing Jetbuilt’s commitment to building tools that solve real-world challenges for integrators, end users, manufacturers and consultants.

The enhancements were shaped by input from Jetbuilt’s Global User Summit, industry events and ongoing support conversations. All updates are now live and span nearly every area of the platform.

Key updates include:

Project Enhancements

  • Generate purchase orders across multiple projects for better vendor discounts and reduced admin work
  • Restore deleted items with the new Trash Can feature
  • Improved project list filtering and sorting
  • Save payment methods in the Client Portal for faster transactions
  • Email POs directly to vendors for streamlined procurement

Installation Features

  • Task templates automatically populate projects during the Install stage
  • Enhanced pick list and sorting tools improve on-site scheduling and task management

Stock Tools

  • New palletizing feature simplifies moving large item groups
  • Bulk QR code printing speeds up inventory labeling
  • Stock thresholds and low-inventory alerts improve supply chain reliability
  • Enhanced location and serial number tracking from warehouse to job site

Jetbuilt says users were able to track the progress of their submitted feature requests in real time. While not all ideas can be implemented, Jetbuilt’s responsive development style ensures users feel heard and involved. Following additional feedback at InfoComm 2025, the company plans to launch a Summer Launch List later this year.
