Mimo officially launched its Mimo MystReserve, a purpose-built room scheduling solution at InfoComm 2026. The company said that MystReserve was designed to simplify how organizations manage shared meeting spaces.

MystReserve connects directly to existing calendar systems and works across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and other calendar-based environments. The company said that this approach aims to provide organizations with the flexibility to deploy room scheduling without committing to a single ecosystem.

Mimo said that MystReserve is designed for Mimo’s family of LED tablets and aims to transform meeting room displays into intelligent scheduling endpoints with real-time availability, on-screen booking and clear visual status.

The company said that key benefits include vendor-agnostic flexibility using existing calendar systems, real-time room visibility with instant booking at the door, optimized performance on Mimo LED tablet platforms and one year of software included at no cost with hardware purchase.

Mimo MystReserve will be available following its debut at InfoComm 2026.
