TD SYNNEX Maverick officially announced a new pan-European partnership with Ribbon Communications, a provider of communications and cloud networking technologies. The company said that the agreement builds on a long-standing relationship in North America, extending the collaboration into EMEA to address the growing global demand from partners in the region.

TD SYNNEX said that the partnership expands TD SYNNEX Maverick’s capabilities within the UCaaS and CCaaS  market, enabling partners to deliver secure, scalable, and cloud-ready communications solutions to customers across Europe.

The company also said that the agreement builds on relationships with Amazon Web Services and creates opportunities to align partner ecosystems and support cloud-driven innovation across the region. TD SYNNEX Maverick will offer Ribbon’s portfolio of Session Border Controllers (SBCs), Microsoft Teams Direct Routing solutions, SIP communications technologies and cloud voice infrastructure solutions. The technologies are designed to enable collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Microsoft Azure to modernize communications across a wide array of environments.

The addition of Ribbon aims to enhance TD SYNNEX Maverick’s specialist communications portfolio and create new opportunities for partners delivering UCaaS, CCaaS, Microsoft Teams telephony and managed communications services across enterprise, public sector, healthcare, education and financial services environments.

The company said that Ribbon Communications solutions are now available through TD SYNNEX Maverick across its European operations.
