Yamaha announced the B200A, its most compact Dolby Atmos sound bar designed for bedrooms, apartments, home offices and gaming spaces. Yamaha said the B200A is engineered to make the most of its 23.5-inch space-saving design.

The B200A combines Dolby Atmos with Yamaha Hi-Fi-inspired engineering to deliver expansive sound. Dolby Atmos is designed to place listeners inside an audio field, creating a richer and more immersive listening experience, while the built-in subwoofer and Bass Extension mode add low-frequency performance.

“The B200A was designed for people who want better sound without giving up valuable space,” said Alex Sadeghian, director of consumer audio at Yamaha. 

“Whether it’s a bedroom, apartment, home office or gaming setup, the B200A delivers clear, immersive sound in a compact design that’s simple to live with every day.”

Yamaha said the sound bar also features Clear Voice technology for enhanced dialogue clarity and four optimized sound modes: Movie, Standard, Stereo and Game, so users can set the stage for a personalized listening experience.

The B200A supports HDMI eARC/ARC, optical, 3.5 mm AUX and Bluetooth wireless streaming. It’s designed to fit beneath a television or monitor, on a media console or desk or to be wall-mounted using the built-in keyholes.
