SiliconCore has launched a 135-inch Mobile All-In-One LED display featuring a 0.78mm pixel pitch and native 4K resolution in a foldable MicroLED format. The company said the new system is designed for rapid deployment, folding to fit through standard doorways and elevators and becoming operational in under five minutes without permanent installation.

The Mobile AIO 4K delivers 1000-nit sustained brightness, 22-bit processing, and 2-frame latency, targeting environments that require real-time responsiveness and high image fidelity. Applications include simulation, broadcast, collaboration spaces, command and control centers and executive briefing rooms.

Powered by SiliconCore’s Common Cathode IQ technology, the display is engineered to balance performance and power efficiency. The system operates on a single standard 20-amp circuit and averages 600 watts at 600 nits of brightness. According to the company, it consumes up to 40% less power than comparable LED systems.

The Mobile AIO 4K is built on SiliconCore’s Iris platform, which incorporates MicroLED-in-Package architecture with Flip Chip technology. The design supports high pixel density, uniform brightness and heat dissipation, while maintaining a 120Hz refresh rate for compatibility with multi-camera and extended reality workflows.

Common Cathode IQ technology delivers precise voltage to each color channel, reducing thermal load and overall power consumption. SiliconCore said the system offers a lifespan exceeding 100,000 hours and does not require supplemental HVAC, helping lower operating costs and environmental impact.

The plug-and-play display is configured in a backpack-style format, eliminating the need for dedicated infrastructure and allowing it to be deployed across multiple locations as needed.

“The Iris 0.78mm takes everything SiliconCore is known for, stunning image fidelity, efficiency and innovation, and delivers it in a mobile, foldable solution. By transforming MicroLED from a static installation to a mobile, precision-grade platform, we’re enabling high-resolution displays to meet users where they are, without sacrificing performance,” said Jim Wickenhiser, chief operating officer at SiliconCore.

The Mobile AIO 4K expands SiliconCore’s fine-pitch LED portfolio and reflects growing demand for high-resolution, portable dvLED solutions in professional AV environments.
