Behind the Booth at InfoComm 2026: An Interview With WyreStorm Technologies’ Eva Beens

THIS IS A PROMOTED POST

WyreStorm Q&A

InfoComm 2026 is about more than product launches — it’s about the people, strategies and ideas driving the next phase of the AV industry. In this Q&A series, exhibitors share what they’re showcasing at the show, the trends influencing their roadmap and the conversations they’re hoping to have with integrators, consultants and end users in Las Vegas. In this edition, we spoke with Eva Beens from WyreStorm Technologies.

Q: What trends or challenges in the AV industry most influenced what you’re bringing to InfoComm 2026 this year?

A: A lot of what shaped our InfoComm presence this year comes down to one clear market reality: people want AV systems to do more, but they do not want them to become harder to deploy, harder to manage, or harder to use. Across meeting spaces, hospitality, education, and multi-site environments, we are seeing growing demand for solutions that simplify workflows while still giving integrators the flexibility and performance they need.

That is why so much of our focus this year is around technologies like USB-C, cloud-connected management, AV-over-IP ecosystems, and more open control environments. Integrators are under pressure to move faster, reduce programming and support time, and create systems that can adapt over time. End users, meanwhile, want spaces that feel intuitive from the moment they walk in. What we are bringing to InfoComm reflects both sides of that equation: solutions that reduce friction for integrators and create a better everyday experience for the people actually using the room.

Q: What specific solution, product or capability should attendees make a point to see at your booth — and what real-world problem does it solve?

A: One of the key things we would encourage attendees to see is our SYN-CTL-FL10 controller and SYN-TP10-B touch panel. It is a strong example of where we think the control conversation is heading.

Traditional control systems can still be powerful, but they often come with long programming cycles, higher integration costs, and a learning curve that can slow adoption. What makes this platform different is that it is built around Node-RED, an open visual programming environment that makes control far more approachable and flexible. When paired with modern AI tools, it can help reduce third-party integration time dramatically, while also making it easier for integrators to build, import, troubleshoot, and maintain control workflows.

It also solves a long-term support challenge. With industrial-grade hardware and Sygma cloud access, the platform helps reduce site visits, improve reliability, and make ongoing maintenance far more efficient. So the real-world value is not just faster programming. It is faster deployment, lower support overhead, and a more open path for integrators who do not want to be locked into a closed ecosystem.

Q: Where are you seeing the most momentum right now in the AV market — and how is your company positioning itself to meet that demand?

A: Hospitality is one of the strongest growth areas for us right now, particularly in sports bars, restaurant groups, and entertainment venues. These environments are changing quickly, especially as operators try to manage a mix of live TV, streaming platforms, promotions, digital signage, and customer expectations around experience. Legacy systems were not built for that level of complexity, and that is creating a real upgrade cycle.

We are also seeing strong momentum in projects that require consistency across multiple sites. Operators want solutions that are scalable, repeatable, and easier to support over time. That is where WyreStorm is positioning itself very deliberately. We are not approaching the market as a collection of standalone products. We are focusing on complete solutions built around use cases, combining hardware, software, and control in ways that make deployment simpler and system performance more dependable. That is especially important in spaces where downtime is not acceptable and flexibility is a business requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Q: For integrators, consultants and end users trying to navigate the show floor efficiently, what makes your booth worth adding to their must-visit list?

A: What makes our booth worth the visit is that it gives people a clear look at how WyreStorm is evolving as a solutions-driven brand. We are not just showing products in isolation. We are showing how different parts of the portfolio come together to solve real challenges across collaboration, AV-over-IP, control, and vertical market applications.

For integrators and consultants, that means seeing solutions that are designed to reduce complexity, speed up deployment, and improve long-term serviceability. For end users, it means seeing technologies that make rooms feel more natural to use, whether that is through simpler connectivity, better control, or more flexible content workflows. The common thread across everything we are showing is practicality. It is about making systems easier to live with, easier to scale, and easier to support.

Q: Without giving everything away, is there anything new or unexpected attendees should keep an eye out for at your booth?

A: Without giving too much away, we would say attendees should keep an eye on how strongly we are leaning into openness, flexibility, and smarter deployment across the portfolio. That is especially true on the control side, where we are challenging some of the assumptions people still have around how complex control programming needs to be.

More broadly, they should expect to see solutions that reflect where the AV market is moving: more hybrid workflows, more demand for flexible signal integration, more need for cloud-connected support, and more pressure on integrators to do more with less time and less risk. We are focused on practical innovation, solutions that genuinely make life easier for integrators and improve the experience for end users. That is the lens we are bringing to the booth this year.
