LED Studio North America Rebrands as VOD Visual North America, Expands Sacramento Operations
THIS IS A PROMOTED POST

LED projects are becoming more sophisticated each year, with finer pixel pitches, COB (Chip on Board) technology, flexible LEDs, immersive video walls and cloud-based content management systems. Omdia projects microLED display revenue to grow from $52.4 million in 2025 to $105.4 million in 2026, with public displays among the applications contributing to that growth.
According to an S&S Insider report, the LED video wall market is expanding due to soaring demand for visually appealing communications solutions in places such as stadiums, corporate offices and retail environments.
The booming LED market is a key reason why LED Studio North America is rebranding as VOD Visual North America and expanding to a new facility in Sacramento, California.
The company said this transformation formalizes a deep partnership with LED display manufacturer VOD Visual to significantly increase manufacturing, engineering and localized support to meet surging demand across North America.
According to VOD Visual North America, the expansion adds 56,000 square feet of new facilities, including a main operations center and product showroom in Sacramento, as well as a secondary showroom in San Antonio, Texas. The Sacramento site will also include advanced engineering resources and an RMA repair and service center designed to reduce turnaround times and improve support for North American customers.
“We’re watching project scale and volume grow incredibly fast, and the reality is that design teams and integration partners just can’t afford to wait on long-distance logistics or remote tech support,” said Ben Sewell, chief executive officer of VOD Visual North America.
“This transition is all about closing that distance figuratively and literally. By tightening our alignment with VOD Visual and opening the new California facility and showrooms, we’re able to hand our partners next-generation global products paired with the immediate, local engineering depth they need to execute.”
Several companies have sought to capitalize on the growing LED display market in North America. In July 2026, LECEDE, citing demand for faster deployment and shorter project lead times, announced that it is bolstering its presence in Houston and Las Vegas and planning further regional expansion as part of its long-term strategy. ViewSonic also announced the expansion of its operations in Canada, with new smart warehouses in Vancouver and Toronto.
“North America represents one of the most dynamic and fast-growing markets for digital display
technology in the world,” said Kobe Xiao, vice president of sales at VOD Visual.
“To support that growth effectively, you cannot rely on remote operations or long-distance logistics. By formalizing VOD Visual North America and aligning with the expanded infrastructure, we are pairing our global manufacturing scale with an expert local team that can execute and service complex projects faster than ever before.”
VOD Visual North America said the change will be seamless for existing partners and customers. The core North American team, ongoing projects and relationships stay the same. Outward-facing communications, branding, emails and websites will gradually update.
