Almo Pro AV Brings E4 Experience to D.C. Metro With Public Sector Focus

Almo Pro AV announced that its 2026 spring E4 Experience will stop in the Washington, D.C., metro area March 17, highlighting public sector applications and emerging technologies such as drones and extended reality.
The one-day event will take place at the Hyatt Regency Reston and will bring together integrators, end users and technology partners for training sessions, product demonstrations and networking opportunities. More than 55 exhibitors are expected to showcase AV technologies, with an emphasis on tools designed for government and mission-critical environments.
“This stop marks the seventh time the E4 Experience has visited the DC Metro area,” said Greg O’Rourke, director of trade shows and events for Almo Pro AV. “For professionals whose work touches public safety, operations, or complex monitoring environments, this E4 Experience should absolutely be on their radar.”
O’Rourke said attendees will also be able to connect with the company’s public sector sales and business development teams to explore opportunities in government markets.
The event will include a command-and-control solutions showcase positioned outside the exhibit hall entrance. The demonstration area will feature integrated technologies designed for environments such as security operations centers, emergency operations centers and network operations centers.
“Demand for situational awareness technologies continues to grow as agencies invest in infrastructure supporting law enforcement, emergency management, and other mission-critical operations,” said Beth Dudley, director of public sector sales for Almo Pro AV. “This event provides a unique opportunity to visualize complete command-and-control environments and see how emerging technologies, from drones to advanced visualization, can support public safety and operational decision-making.”
Attendees will also be able to see demonstrations of technologies designed to support situational awareness and operational decision-making, including drone feeds, counter-unmanned aircraft awareness systems and visualization platforms.
Participating technology partners include RTRobotics, which will showcase the Hera drone platform; SensorOps, which provides simulation and training software used by the U.S. Department of Defense’s Joint Special Operations Command; ACSL, demonstrating its Soten drone with swappable payloads; 3DSurvey, which develops geospatial data analysis tools; and GeoCue, which will present the TrueView Go handheld LiDAR system.
The event will also feature education sessions eligible for CTS credits. Tim Albright, founder of AVNation, will deliver a keynote focused on how security frameworks, regulatory requirements and infrastructure changes are influencing the AV industry and the role of system integrators.
Eric Jameson, business development manager for drone solutions at Almo Pro AV, will present a session titled “Connecting the Dots…Unlocking Command-and-Control Opportunities in Emerging Tech,” which will explore how technologies such as drones and XR can be integrated into command-and-control environments.
The D.C. Metro event will also include a Lunch & Learn panel aligned with International Women’s Day 2026. The discussion will focus on mentorship, collaboration and leadership opportunities for women in the AV industry.
The E4 Experience D.C. Metro will run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes breakfast, lunch and parking for attendees.
