Behind the Booth at InfoComm 2025: An Interview With Heckler’s Dean Heckler
THIS IS A PROMOTED POST

Behind the Booth at InfoComm 2025 gives you a front-row seat to the people and products shaping the show floor. In this sponsored series, we sit down with top executives from InfoComm exhibitors to find out what they’re showcasing, which trends they’re watching and how they’re pushing the ProAV industry forward. This interview features Heckler‘s Dean Heckler.
Q: Why is Heckler exhibiting at InfoComm 2025, and what are you most excited to showcase this year?
A: It’s a long list. Since InfoComm 2024, our team has had the most productive product development cycle of Heckler’s existence. The result of that work will be on full display. I’m excited to display the breath of new innovation across most of our product categories.
Q: What trends do you expect to see dominating the show floor, and how is your company positioned to lead or respond to them?
A: I’m unsure what to expect. But what I hope for is for the industry to increase innovation and increase excitement. Our industry in stagnation is not good for any of us. My team wants to spur excitement and I hope other brands in our industry will do the same this year.

Heckler Framework is a modular structural system engineered for maximum flexibility, speed of deployment, and global standardization. Designed for commercial AV professionals and enterprise IT teams, Heckler Framework enables the creation of video meeting environments of any size — from single-display huddle rooms to large, immersive multi-display board rooms.
Q: Which new products, solutions or updates are you featuring — and how do they address current needs in the AV industry?
A: Our goal this year was to break barriers in value and excitement across our product lines. In other words, introduce new products in our existing categories the offer increase functionality, esthetics, and ease of installation and logistics, while decreasing price.
Heckler Credenza Neo delivers all of this at a price that is less than half of our Heckler Credenza 4U.
Our new Heckle Mobile Fleet rolling stands for Rally Bar 65, Surface Hub 3, and Express Install are the most cost-affective available and yet are great-looking and a lot of fun to ship and build.
And I’m confident our new modular wall system, Heckler Framework, will shock our customers and their clients with its utility, good-looks, and value proposition.
Q: How is your company supporting integrators and end users in navigating today’s biggest AV challenges — not just at InfoComm, but year-round?
A: The Heckler team won’t eat unless professional AV integrators flourish. Their challenges are our challenges. Per-room budgets, time on-site, stakeholder approval and enthusiasm – these topics are core to our design and development effort, every day. And we think it shows in the products we ship every day.
Q: Why should InfoComm 2025 attendees make a point to stop by your booth?
A: If people want a jolt of enthusiasm for what the future holds and the fun they can have delighting their clients and stakeholder, they should make a few minutes available to come by 3371. They won’t be disappointed. We have many new innovations to share.
