Bogen Communications Announces New Nyquist Peripherals

Bogen Communications has announced its new Nyquist peripherals. These include the Nyquist Zone Paging Microphone Station, a VoIP double-sided LED message display and flasher, a digital remote volume control call switch and an indoor/outdoor IP horn with talkback.
The company said that this new system will integrate into the Nyquist ecosystem in an effort to support higher zone counts, distributed control points and reliable operation.
“The new Nyquist peripherals extend system functionality beyond traditional paging endpoints,” said Randall Lee, vice president of marketing and product management at Bogen Communications LLC. “Each device expands system control, visual messaging, user interaction and audio coverage for education, transportation and large commercial environments, addressing real-world needs for scalable control, visible messaging and dependable audio.”
The Nyquist Zone Paging Microphone Station, NQ-ZPMS-G2, is designed for high-zone count paging applications. Features include a 10-inch color screen and 116 DSS keys. The NQ-ZPMS-G2 features a flexible microphone and supports HD audio via a G.722 wideband codec, ensuring clear communication.
The Nyquist VoIP Double-Sided LED Message Display and Flasher, NQ-DSC01, is designed for audio communication in educational and commercial facilities through wall or ceiling mounts. Features include a dual-sided LED display and dual loudspeakers.
The Nyquist Digital Remote Volume-Control Call Switch, NQ-VCTRL, gives Nyquist systems localized audio control. It allows users to adjust volume, mute audio, place calls or trigger emergency communications. The single LED display that the product features combines a nine-LED clock-style layout with a full-spectrum status ring.
Rounding out the new peripherals, the Nyquist VoIP Indoor/Outdoor IP Horn with Talkback, NQ-IPHRN01, is an IP device designed for indoor and outdoor use. It features HD audio, integrated amplification and talkback capabilities. The product connects via CAT-5 to a PoE or PoE+ network and is controlled through the Nyquist web interface.
