Bose Professional officially launched the ShowTime STS118E, an installation-grade, 18-inch subwoofer designed to provide deep, immersive bass for Bose Professional systems in both indoor and outdoor applications.

The company said that the solution is built for permanent installations and performance-driven spaces and aims to deliver the low frequency impact required for music- forward and high-energy applications while maintaining simplicity.

Bose Professional said that the ShowTime STS118E was designed to match the scale and voicing of Bose Professional loudspeaker systems including AMU, AMM and Forum. It serves to provide the controlled low end necessary to expand system capability.

The solution features IP55 outdoor-rated construction for use in exposed and partially exposed environments and an installation-grade enclosure that aims to support ground-stacked and suspended deployment. It also includes integrated suspension points and removable feet for flexibility for layout, sightlines and mounting requirements. A universal pole cup accepts both 35 mm poles and M20-threaded poles for secure top-box mounting when needed. ShowTime STS118E is available beginning October 2026.
