DEXON announced that it is expanding its portfolio of modular AV solutions with the new 4-channel USB-C Input Board. The solution is fully compatible with DEXON video wall controllers, video processors and matrix switchers.

The company said that the board is designed to enable connectivity of multiple sources to DEXON video wall or intelligent matrix systems, aiming to provide maximum flexibility for modern environments. The new input board serves to provide an interface for DEXON’s modular video processors, matrices and video wall controllers.

Key features of the solution include the ability to process standard USB-C input signals, four-channel parallel operation with 4K60 signals, compatibility with signal sources such as laptops, tablets and mobile phones, as well as separate audio handling for each channel.

The company also said that the new board displays input sources in real time over a video wall using unlimited zoom and scaling and also displays all inputs over separate monitors in matrix switcher mode. DEXON said that the input board is suitable for control room, corporate, education and digital signage spaces.
