Epson to Showcase Healthcare Print and Display Solutions at HIMSS 2026

Epson will exhibit a range of healthcare-focused print, scanning and projection solutions at HIMSS 2026, scheduled for March 10-12 at the Venetian Convention & Expo Center in Las Vegas. The company will present its portfolio at booth No. 3561, highlighting technologies designed to improve accuracy, reliability and operational efficiency in healthcare environments.
According to Epson, its healthcare solutions are intended to help facilities reduce errors and downtime, streamline payments and admissions, accelerate training and mitigate operational risks. The portfolio includes products for pharmacy operations, administrative offices, nursing stations, food services and clinical presentation spaces.
“Healthcare environments are fast-paced and high-pressure, requiring solutions that help teams improve patient care and safety and simplify operations and training,” said Tim Latta, director of business inkjet commercial sales at Epson America. “With over 40 years of experience and success developing innovative technologies that are engineered to deliver reliability, accuracy and affordability, Epson’s solutions are built for the 24/7 demands of healthcare and future ready.”
For pharmacy and medication management applications, Epson will demonstrate the ColorWorks CW-C4000 color label printer for prescription bottle labels and patient wristbands, as well as the OmniLink TM-T88VII thermal receipt printer for transaction processing. The DS-530 II desktop document scanner will also be shown for converting paper documents into electronic health records.
In administrative and back-office settings, Epson will feature the WorkForce Enterprise AM-C550z color multifunction printer and the WorkForce Pro EM-C800 network MFP with Replaceable Ink Pack System. These devices are designed for high-volume printing and color-coded patient documentation.
For nurses stations and mobile workstations, Epson plans to display the DS-C480W wireless compact scanner, the WorkForce ST-M1000 monochrome Supertank printer and the DS-80W wireless portable document scanner. The company said these products are suited for space-constrained desks and mobile carts.
In nutrition and meal services, the OmniLink TM-L100 thermal label printer will be highlighted for printing liner-free labels with allergen warnings and diet instructions. The WorkForce Enterprise AM-C550z will also be positioned for high-volume color menu printing.
For clinical presentations and hybrid meeting spaces, Epson will showcase the PowerLite L260F laser projector and the PowerLite 810E extreme short throw laser projector with 4K Enhancement Technology. The 810E supports image sizes up to 160 inches and ultra-wide 21:9 and 16:6 display formats.
