Genetec Inc. announced its new Genetec Cloudlink 2210. The company said the cloud-managed appliance is designed to combat storage costs, support existing devices that don’t enable direct-to-cloud connectivity and maintain local operability during connectivity disruptions.

The product supports multiple workloads, including video management, access control and intrusion. The company said that by combining these traits into one appliance, management in large-scale environments is simplified.

The Genetec Cloudlink 2210 is built on an open architecture, supporting a range of third-party devices, including cameras, access control systems and intrusion panels.

“Enterprises don’t want to choose between innovation and operational certainty,” said Christian Chenard Lemire, product director of unified solutions at Genetec Inc. “With Cloudlink 2210, we’re redefining what cloud-managed physical security looks like at scale by giving organizations the freedom to modernize on their own terms, control long-term costs, and maintain the resiliency and continuity their most critical environments demand.”

The product supports up to 240 TB of local storage per unit, and the company said it is ideal for enterprise environments where uptime and local retention requirements are priorities.

The Genetec Cloudlink 2210 emphasizes deployment flexibility by enabling enterprises to operate on premises, in the cloud or across hybrid environments.

The product will be showcased at ISC West 2026.
