Microsoft’s Ilya Bukshteyn to Keynote InfoComm 2026

Microsoft Corporate Vice President Ilya Bukshteyn will deliver a keynote address at InfoComm 2026, outlining how artificial intelligence is shaping the next generation of workplace collaboration and communication technologies.
Bukshteyn, who oversees Microsoft Teams Calling, Teams Devices and premium collaboration experiences, will speak June 17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. InfoComm 2026 runs June 13–19, with exhibits open June 17–19.
In his role at Microsoft, Bukshteyn leads development across several Teams platforms, including Teams Phone, Teams Rooms, Teams Events and Teams Premium. His keynote will focus on how AI-powered communication tools and intelligent systems are changing how organizations collaborate across physical and digital environments.
“InfoComm is where the industry comes together to see what’s next, and how integrated systems perform in real environments,” said Jenn Heinold, Senior Vice President, Expositions, Americas, AVIXA, producer of InfoComm. “As AI continues to reshape how we work and connect, we’re excited to welcome Ilya to InfoComm 2026 to share insights from the forefront of collaboration innovation.”
According to Bukshteyn, emerging AI capabilities are creating new possibilities for workplace productivity and digital collaboration.
“AI is creating a new era of intelligent workplaces for organizations of all kinds. The next evolution of AI is here: agentic co-workers designed to help people multiply their impact. At InfoComm, I’m excited to share how AI-powered experiences in Microsoft Teams add new value to physical workspaces and elevate the way people connect and communicate every day,” said Bukshteyn.
InfoComm 2026 will bring together AV, IT, broadcast and collaboration technologies that support modern work environments and live production workflows. Organizers say the event will feature a refreshed Work/Play show floor experience with immersive activation hubs, expanded educational sessions and demonstrations of new technologies across conferencing, enterprise IT, broadcast production and live events.
The show will also highlight how AI is increasingly integrated into AV systems, collaboration platforms and production environments. More information about the event, including registration details, is available at infocomm.org.
