Optoma’s New ProScene ZU750 Is Aimed at ProAV

Optoma today is unveiling the ProScene ZU750, a 1-chip DLP WUXGA (1920×1280) laser phosphor projector designed for museums, boardrooms, houses of worship and entertainment venues. Spec’d at 7,500 ANSI lumens and a 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio, the ZU750 is for high ambient light areas and includes built-in edge blending, image warping and color matching with HSG adjustment — so, you don’t need a screen to project it on; just use the wall. Other features include motorized lens shift, zoom and focus, four-corner alignment adjustment, HDBaseT, HDMI, DVI-D, VGA and 3D SYNC In and Out and it’s list is $7,999
