ProjX360 has made its international debut at Integrated Systems Europe in Barcelona, unveiling a project management and operations platform designed specifically for the AV integration industry.

The cloud-based software is built around a location-first approach, which the company says more accurately reflects how integrators manage residential and commercial projects. Instead of treating each proposal as a separate project, ProjX360 organizes work by physical location, allowing multiple proposals, systems, phases, and service activities to exist under a single project record.

“Integrators don’t think in terms of disconnected proposals—they think in terms of homes and business locations,” said Doug Greenwald, founder and CEO of ProjX360. “Whether it’s audio, video, lighting, shades, or future expansions, everything belongs to one physical location. ProjX360 was developed by AV integration professionals with decades of hands-on experience. Greenwald has owned and operated an AV integration company since 2001 and continues to run it today, a background the company says influenced the platform’s focus on operational visibility, accountability, and profitability.

The platform is designed to support the full lifecycle of AV projects, from sales and proposal creation through execution, inventory management, invoicing, and ongoing service. Key features include location-based project management for residential and commercial environments, support for multiple proposals without fragmenting project data, and separate workorders for service and new installations.

Additional capabilities include inventory and purchasing tools tailored for AV operations, flexible proposal builders to accommodate different sales processes, and integration with QuickBooks for accounting and financial workflows. All related documents, communications, tasks, invoices, and service history are organized under a single location to streamline internal coordination and improve the client experience.
