Sennheiser officially launched the TeamConnect Ceiling M Plus, a new ceiling microphone designed to simplify use and provide clarity of sound. The solution will be showcased at InfoComm 2026.

The company said that TCC M Plus builds on the success of the TeamConnect Ceiling portfolio, combining Sennheiser audio performance with new features designed to simplify deployment and system configuration in AV environments.

A key capability of the TCC M Plus is PartnerLink, Sennheiser’s integration feature designed to simplify microphone configuration. The first implementation was co-developed by Q-SYS and Sennheiser, enabling TCC M Plus to be directly configured within Q-SYS Designer Software. Sennheiser said that this aims to allow for streamlined integration of audio and control along with Q-SYS native components.

Sennheiser said that PartnerLink is launching initially for Q-SYS environments and will eventually expand. The company also said that the solution reinforces its approach to interoperability, supporting several integration methods for different system designs and requirements. Users can deploy the microphones using Dante and verified integrations.

The company said that TCC M Plus is designed to address the shift in focus to hybrid work and learning environments. The solution features dynamic beaforming and enhanced exclusion zones. Enhanced exclusion zones serve to simplify zone configuration. It also includes flexible installation options and a coverage area for application in meeting rooms, classrooms and divisible environments.

TCC M Plus features single-cable connectivity options and centralized management in an effort to help organizations standardize solutions across locations. The solution integrates with Sennheiser’s DeviceHub, a cloud-based platform designed to make device management easier and allow for direct access to the TCC M Plus for configuration and monitoring without tool installation.

DeviceHub aims to provide centralized visibility across environments with remote mentoring, configuration and diagnostics, as well as role-based access for secure collaboration between AV and IT teams. Sennheiser said that this aims to enable organizations to manage growing AV deployments efficiently and reduce operational overhead.
