Visix Expands E-Paper Line With EPS 37 Sign and Custom Graphic Design Services

Visix has announced the release of the EPS 37 e-paper desk sign and new professional graphic design services for its e-paper workplace displays. The updates expand the company’s e-paper ecosystem with additional hardware options and support for four-color branded graphics.
The EPS 37 replaces the EPS 27 desk sign and features a larger display measuring 3.9 inches by 2.3 inches by 0.6 inches. Visix said the increased screen size is designed to improve visibility and allow more space for reservation details and visual elements commonly used in workspace management applications.
The new desk sign joins Visix’s existing four-color ePaper products, including the EPS 42 desk sign and EPS 74 room sign. All three models now support custom graphic designs created through Visix’s new design services. The four-color displays use red, yellow, black and white, while the EPS 125 supports red, black and grayscale imagery.
“For years, ePaper has been the smart choice for workspace management because of its low cost, wireless installation, and sustainability,” said Trey Hicks, COO and CSO for Visix. “Now, with our graphic design services, organizations no longer have to choose between functionality and aesthetics. We’re helping companies create ePaper signs that look as impressive as they perform, with branded designs that enhance workplace environments while maintaining all the practical advantages that make ePaper the superior choice for large-scale deployments.”
Visix said its design services use E Ink technology to create custom templates that combine reservation data with visual design elements. Supported features include photos, branded backgrounds, company logos, QR codes and customized layouts tailored to specific workplace use cases.
Like other Visix e-paper products, the EPS 37 operates wirelessly and is battery powered. The company said its e-paper signs are designed for long-term deployments, with a battery life exceeding 5 years and an expected service life of up to 10 years.
Visix positions the expanded e-paper offering as an option for organizations seeking low-maintenance workspace signage while adding visual branding traditionally associated with powered digital displays. Additional information about the EPS 37 and ePaper design services is available on the company’s website.
