Theory Audio Design has extended the warranty for all DLC loudspeaker controller models from three to five years, bringing coverage in line with the company’s loudspeaker warranty. The update takes effect immediately.

The controllers serve as the DSP amplifiers at the core of the Theory ecosystem, processing and optimizing audio signals for each loudspeaker model. Developed alongside Theory and Pro Audio Technology loudspeakers, the components are designed to function together as a closed system. According to the company, this approach allows its engineers to apply advanced DSP techniques that enhance performance and reliability.

Theory said the extended warranty reflects its confidence in the durability and quality of its products. The company cited its component selection, manufacturing processes and quality control as factors that contribute to long-term system stability.
