BenQ Invests in Teaching Flexibility at TCEA 2024

COSTA MESA, Calif.  Jan. 18, 2024 — BenQ, an internationally renowned provider of visual display and collaboration solutions, is helping teachers lead the way into the future of learning at the 2024 TCEA Convention and Expo, Feb. 3-6, in Austin. New BenQ Board RP04 and RM04 Series Smart Boards
The BenQ Board RP04 and RM04 Series, featuring EDLA certification, offers educators unprecedented flexibility. Providing compatibility with school enterprise resource planning (ERP) ecosystems, personalized multi-user login, and management solutions, these smart boards prioritize safety with TÜV-certified antimicrobial screens and germ-resistant controls. IT administrators benefit from secure syncing and robust device management solutions. The smart boards boast BenQ’s license-free software suite, including EZWrite whiteboarding software and InstaShare 2, facilitating wireless screen-sharing for up to nine users.

Projecting into the Future with BenQ Projectors
BenQ will showcase the LH730 LED projector, LH820ST short-throw laser projector, and LW855UST interactive laser projector. The LH730, the first LED projector in BenQ’s professional lineup, boasts 4,000 lumens of brightness, 98% Rec. 709 color coverage, HDR, and zero maintenance. The LH820ST, with a 9-degree offset, offers smooth interaction and 30,000 hours of light source life. The LW855UST produces stunning images with a high contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1, 3,500 ANSI lumens, and WXGA 1280×800 resolution. Additionally, BenQ will unveil its most advanced energy-efficient laser projector to date, the LH650. The 4000-lumen eco-friendly displays feature low energy consumption, high resolution, color accuracy, and HDR10 for less than $1K.

New InstaShow VS20 Wireless Hybrid Room Solution
The InstaShow VS20 enhances collaboration with seamless wireless presentation, conferencing, and advanced microphone technology. Allowing up to four users to share content to the screen simultaneously, this one-button system connects within seconds, supports USB-C or HDMI connections, and ensures crisp, secure content delivery with 4K UHD presentation. The system enhances audio with an omnidirectional wireless microphone and prioritizes data and network security with robust cybersecurity measures.

ST02S 4K Signage Display for Education
The ST02S 4K all-in-one campus display offers 4K clarity, versatile screen sharing, media playback options, and BenQ’s X-Sign Broadcast software. Ideal for classrooms or on-campus signage, it provides an easy-to-set-up presentation system and alert system.

BenQ introduces the Teach Your Way program, allowing schools to affordably purchase BenQ projectors, WPS, and more.
