BenQ Announces Expansion of Projector Lineup
BenQ announced the expansion of its projector lineup with the addition of four models: the LU895UST, LH860ST, LK830ST, and LW830ST.
The company highlighted sports simulators, projection mapping, immersive rooms and advanced training equipment as applications for the new projectors, powered by BenQ Screen Fill technology.
The product is designed to be compatible with curved walls, ultra-wide simulator bays, custom-built surfaces and experiential venues. It also features a single menu selection that allows users to choose from common to custom aspect ratios, including 1:1, 4:3, 16:9, 16:10 and ultra-wide formats.
BenQ said the Screen Fill technology reduces installation time, minimizes alignment errors and eliminates traditional deployment steps, creating consistent image performance across single or multi-projector environments.
“The projector industry is changing, and simply repurposing conference room products isn’t enough anymore,” Bob Wudeck, senior director at BenQ, said. “With BenQ Screen Fill technology and industry-leading color accuracy, we’re giving immersive and simulation designers tools built specifically for how projection is actually being used today – accurately, flexibly, and at scale.”
