Chief Now Shipping Tempo Portrait Wall Mount System
Chief, a brand of Legrand | AV, announced that its Tempo Portrait Flat Panel Wall Mount System is now shipping.
According to Chief, the Tempo Portrait mount is designed for portrait-oriented digital signage deployments, giving integrators a faster path to installation and the ability to service displays without taking the display off the wall.
“Digital signage networks live and die by uptime, and servicing equipment has always been the weak link,” said Dorian Haro, senior product manager at Chief. “Tempo Portrait flips that equation. Single-technician accessibility saves labor costs on every maintenance call and ensures clients get fast, reliable service. That’s what actually maximizes uptime at scale.”
Chief said Tempo Portrait’s pull-out mechanism gives a single technician tool-free access to the stored AV devices behind the display, without removing the display from the wall. It also has a total service depth of 12.6 inches.
Chief touted the Tempo Portrait’s all-in-one standardized design. Integrated storage panels allow integrators to pre-load and configure AV devices offsite. Tempo Portrait is also available in a PDU bundle, with a mount and integrated power distribution unit packaged together.
The Tempo Portrait mount is available in two configurations. The medium model supports 38- to 100-inch displays up to 75 pounds. The large model accommodates 55- to 100-inch displays up to 200 pounds. Both models are available with optional power distribution units (PDUs), and storage panel accessories can be added to increase device capacity.
