JEM Global Acquires License for RCA AV Accessories and Power Products

JEM Global announced it has acquired the license for RCA-branded AV accessories and power products from established.inc, expanding its roster of well-known consumer electronics brands. The company plans to introduce the RCA brand to retailers and partners at CES 2026 in booth 19526 in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s Center Hall.
“We are very excited to have the opportunity to add RCA to our portfolio of brands,” said Elie Chemtob, CEO of JEM Global. “We are going to take one of the most trusted brands in the history of consumer electronics and reinvigorate it with an exciting new lineup of AV accessories and power products that will help our retailers and partners grow their business in 2026 and beyond.”
Beginning in 2026, JEM Global will offer a broad selection of RCA-branded accessories including remote controls, antennas, TV wall mounts, cables and connectors, screen cleaners, surge protectors, extension cables and chargers for home, vehicle and mobile devices. The lineup is expected to support multiple retail categories while maintaining familiarity with customers who recognize the RCA name.
Chemtob said the acquisition aligns with the company’s approach to revitalizing established consumer brands. “Offering products under the trusted RCA brand creates immediate and meaningful new revenue opportunities for our partners that might not be possible with new and unknown brands,” he said. “We are dedicated to helping our partners profit from their relationship with JEM, and the acquisition of RCA underscores this commitment to create new profit centers for our partners.”
At CES 2026, JEM Global will showcase its full portfolio of brands, including AIWA, Armor All, Black & Decker, Energizer, Monster, RCA and Xtreme, along with new product introductions and expanded categories.
