Kaleidescape officially announced the Compact Terra Prime 246TB solid-state drive (SSD) movie server at CEDIA Expo 2026. The high capacity movie server is designed for luxury home cinemas.

The company said the Terra Prime 246TB is housed in the same compact chassis as the Strato K movie player and is precision-crafted from black anodized aluminum to complement Kaleidescape Strato movie players. It features enhanced capacity with fast movie downloads and local storage for seamless playback. For larger installations, it can serve up to 25 simultaneous playback zones.

The Compact Terra Prime 246TB SSD movie server is available now, exclusively by special order, through authorized Kaleidescape dealers.
