Ampetronic | Listen Technologies has promoted Mikey Shaffer to vice president of North American sales, expanding her leadership role within the assistive listening technology provider.

In her new position, Shaffer will oversee North American sales teams and channel partners, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence and optimizing channel performance across the region. She reports to Maile Keone, president and CEO of Ampetronic | Listen Technologies.

Shaffer joined Listen Technologies in 2016 and has held roles across marketing, vertical markets and regional sales. Most recently, she served as senior director of sales for North America, where the company said she led a period of significant growth and operational development.

Throughout her tenure, Shaffer has worked closely with integrators, consultants and venue operators, as well as individuals who rely on assistive listening systems. The company said this hands-on experience has contributed to her understanding of customer needs and sales strategy.

Shaffer has also been active in raising awareness about audio accessibility and regulatory requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and global accessibility standards related to assistive listening. Prior to joining Listen Technologies, she worked with the local deaf and hard of hearing community in Utah to support telecommunications access.

Ampetronic | Listen Technologies offers a range of assistive listening and communication solutions, including Auri, an Auracast broadcast audio-based system, ListenWIFI, an audio-over-Wi-Fi solution, and ListenTALK, a mobile two-way communication system. The company’s products are used for assistive listening, audio description, streamed audio and language interpretation in venues and public spaces.
