NetSpeek announced that its AI orchestration platform Lena will make its first appearance as a fully available product at ISE 2026.

The program is designed to address the challenges of monitoring, managing and troubleshooting multi-vendor collaboration environments.

The company said the platform is powered by AI automation, contextual intelligence and an ecosystem of device and platform integrations. This allows Lena to be what NetSpeek said is a unified orchestration layer that keeps collaboration environments healthy.

NetSpeek listed Lena’s key capabilities. These included multi-vendor device and platform orchestration, AI-driven automation and remediation, a fleet of specialized AI agents, and enterprise-first privacy and security.

Lena was designed for enterprise IT and AV teams that manage diverse, room-based technologies, MSPs supporting large-scale customer environments and facilities and workplace leaders seeking visibility and automation across digital workplaces, according to the company.

NetSpeek also announced partnerships with LG and Shure. The company said these Fleet Partners will broaden Lena’s reach into rooms that include LG and Shure solutions.
