Unified Communications are an important part of our industry and community. These technologies catapulted us through the dark days of COVID-19, and now that we are back in the office (or figuring out whether or not the hybrid model works for us), this technology is helping us to find our place in this “Wild, Wild West.” Since so much change is constantly happening here, we’re interested in your thoughts on the state of this part of our industry.
